Whether you’re looking to level-up your smoothie game or an easy way to incorporate collagen boosting ingredients into your beauty and health routine, this recipe is made for you! 

This smoothie bowl recipe includes Collagen Booster, a powder that is made with a blend of 7 powerful vegan ingredients that help support the development and restoration of your natural collagen production, which makes up a third of all protein in your body and is integral to support your skin, joints, muscles and bones. 

Thankfully, this collagen booster is unflavored and can be added into almost anything! However, we think a scoop pairs best with some fruity drinks and dishes. 

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1-2 people  

Calories: 620 calories

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of Collagen Booster
  • 1 tsp of sugar (to taste)

Bowl Toppings: 

  • 1 tsp of sunflower seeds
  • ½ kiwi
  • ¼ cup of blueberries
  • ¼  cup of banana flavored granola
  • 1 tbsp of shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 serving of raspberries

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients into a smoothie blender, serve in a medium sized bowl and add toppings.
